摘    要:研究了双温热处理工艺对含铪Ti-Al基合金组织的影响规律。差热分析法(DTA)测定结果显示,合金的共析反应温度Te=1110℃,α相转变温度Tα=1330℃。用金相法获得了优化的双温热处理工艺为:1400℃×1 h→50℃水冷,1280℃×3 h→空冷。

Abstract:Effect of heat treatment on microstructure of Ti-46Al based alloy with hafnium addition was investigated by double-temperature heat treatment.DTA analysis results show that the eutectoid temperature(Te) is 1110 ℃,the alpha phase transition temperature(Tα) is 1330 ℃.The metallographic analysis results show that the optimum parameters of double-temperature heat treatment processing are given as: 1400 ℃×1 h,WQ,1280 ℃,3 h→AC.
