| Abstract: | In combination with specific supervision project for large-scale shipbuilding gantry crane,the paper introduces the supervision work aiming at the manufacturing and installation of such special equipment,summarizes the obtained effects of such supervision.It shows that supervision during manufacturing and installation of large equipment plays an active role in optimizing the production process and improving production benefits. |
