基于ARM的工程机械液压系统故障检测仪的设计

摘    要:针对工程机械流动性大、液压检测与分析能力有限、液压系统复杂等实际情况,设计了一种基于WINCE和ARM嵌入式系统的便携式液压检测仪.该检测仪以ARM11类型处理器S3C6410A为核心,构建了工程机械液压系统常见故障推理软件系统和液压系统状态检测系统,实现了现场故障分析与推理、设备状态检测等高级功能.

Abstract:Aiming at actual situations such as large mobility of engineering machinery, limited hydraulic testing and a- nalysis ability and complexity of hydraulic system of engineering machinery, the portable hydraulic detector based on WINCE and ARM embedded system is designed. With the ARMll processor S3C6410A as a core, the detector has structured a diagnosis software system for common faults with hydraulic system of engineering machinery and hydraulic system state detection system, which realizes certain advanced functions such as field fault analysis and diagnosis, detection of equipment state, etc.
