浅析核电厂桥、门式起重机的抗震设计要求

摘    要:依据ASME NOG-1-2010规范,对桥、门式起重机的抗震设计要求进行了剖析,侧重分析了线性分析的要求,包括起重机数学模型、轨道解耦准则、边界条件、阻尼值及模态反应的组合等,并介绍了钢丝绳松弛状态的非线性时程分析,是有益于我国核电规范标准体系的建立和核电厂装换料设备的自主化研发。

Abstract:Based on ASME NOG-1-2010,the aseismic design requirements of overhead and gantry cranes are analyzed in the paper,focusing on the linear analysis requirements,including crane mathematical model,rail decoupling standard,boundary condition,damping value and combination of modal response,etc.In addition,the paper introduces the non-linear time-history analysis for steel wire ropes under the relaxed state,which is beneficial to the establishment of national nuclear standard system and the self-dependent research and development of feeding and replacing equipment in nuclear power plant.
