摘    要:太阳能作为一种新兴的绿色能源,越来越受到人们的重视.光伏电池是太阳能光伏发电系统中的核心部分,因此,光伏电池成为太阳能光伏发电系统研究的主要环节.分析了太阳能电池板的工作原理,利用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真软件对不同条件下的太阳能电池输出特性进行建模、仿真,仿真结果证明了太阳能电池的非线性.

Abstract:Solar energy, as a new green source,is more and more attached. The solar energy battery is the core part of the protovohaic generating system of the solar energy, so the photovoltaic battery becomes a key link of the photovoltaic generating system. The paper analyzes the working principle of the solar energy battery plate, use MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation software to carry out a modeling to the solar energy battery output characteristic under different conditions. The simulation has proved the nonlinearity of the solar energy battery.
