液压挖掘机节能控制新策略

摘    要:提出一种新的挖掘机节能控制方法,基于单片机测控技术,改进了挖掘机的操作柄,使挖掘机的动臂、斗杆、铲斗转动速度与操作员通过操作柄给定速度保持一致,实现系统功率的实时匹配,达到“所得即所需”.不仅可以提高操作人员的操作舒适性,仿真实验还表明,与恒功率控制相比,在新的控制策略下,挖掘机做功节省了7%左右.

Abstract:The paper proposes a new energy-saving control method for the excavator. Based on the single-chip micro- computer monitoring technology, the operation handle of excavator is improved to make the rotational speeds of excavator's movable arm, bucket arm, scraper pan consistent with the speed given by the operator with the operation handle, in order to realize the real time matching of the system power and "what's obtained is what's needed" . The method can not only im- prove operator's operation comfortableness, but also save about 7% energy under the new control strategy, compared with constant power control, as indicated in the simulation test.
