浅谈利用高炉煤气发电技术

摘    要:经济的快速发展,电力供应的紧张以及炼钢、炼铁企业高炉煤气的排放与环境保护的矛盾,这一系列问题都亟待解决。利用高炉煤气发电,已经成为解决这些问题的较好途径之一。本文将蒸汽轮机机组、燃气轮机机组、燃气内燃机机组等三种发电形式的优缺点作了比较、分析,认为采用燃气内燃机机组发电是利用多余高炉煤气最经济、实用的途径。

Abstract:With fast development of economy, development of steel making and iron-smelting industry and the great demand in electric power and environmental protection, the series of problems appears and should be solved.Burning blast furnace gas to generate electricity has already become one of the ways to solve these problems. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of steam turbine aircrew, gas turbine engine and gas engine when these engines are applied in generating electricity. We think that it is the most best choice to adopt the gas internal combustion engine fueling surplus blast furnace gas to generate electricity.
