中文自动答疑系统的研究与实现

答疑系统是网络教育平台的重要组成部分，其主要作用是：加强师生交流、帮助学生明确问题所在，并获得自己真正需要的答案信息。探讨了基于中文的自动答疑系统中FAQ库、领域文本知识库组织方式；分析了问题理解、问题检索及问题求解各模块的设计方法；提出以FAQ库智能检索为主，领域文本检索为辅，不断扩充、更新FAQ库的检索方式，力求高质量的满足网络教育的解惑需求。该答疑系统在实际应用中也表现出较高的应用价值。

Study on The Chinese Question Answer System and Its Implement

Question answer system is an important part in the net education shell. The main role of the system is to enhance the communication between teachers and students and to help students find where the problem is and acquire the answer information he really needs. The structures and the organization fashions of the FAQ base and the field text base of the Chinese question answer system are discussed. Then, the design methods of each module, question understanding, information retrieve and answer extracting, are analyzed. Finally, in order to satisfy the question answer needs with high quality in net education, the way of information retrieve is presented in which the intelligent information retrieve in FAQ base is the main way and the information retrieve in field text serve as the supplement and the FAQ base is expanded and updated continuously. The higher application value of the question answer system is shown in practice.
