摘    要:丙烯-乙烯嵌段共聚物可用较简易方法制得,使用络合型催化剂在液体丙烯中先进行均聚合,随后在乙烯和丙烯的气相中进行共聚合。由于该催化剂具有高活性和高定向能力,催化剂的残渣和无规物的含最很低,因而可以不经处理而残留在产品中。得到的嵌段共聚物含有5—20%(摩尔)的乙烯,并具有良好的耐冲击性能和机械性能。


Block Copolymerization of Propylene and Ethylene by Bulk Process
Abstract:Propylene-ethylene block copolymer can be prepared by a simple process. Propylene was first homopolymerized in liquid monomer with a complex type catalyst, and then copolymerized in gas phase with ethylene and propylene. The activity and stereospecificity of the catalyst were so high that the very small amount of catalyst residues and atactic polypropylene possibly formed during the polymerization process might be left in the product without any further treatment. The block copolymer contains. 5—20% (mol) ethylene, and has good impact strength and mechanical properties.
