中国页岩气开发中的国际合作

立足于国内外页岩气开发的现状，从资本、技术与管理3个方面论述页岩气开发国际合作的必要性，介绍中国页岩气开发政府间合作、企业间合作的最新进展及其特征，最后就完善油气资源勘探开发的对外合作提出建议。从合作模式来看，中国公司对外合作模式不断发展，目前已有产品分成合同、组建合资公司、兼并与收购、服务业务承揽4种模式，其中采用最多的是股权收购的模式。从合作主体看，随着中国页岩气的发展，越来越多的企业投入到页岩气开发中来，不仅有三大国有石油公司，还有很多其他企业。由于中美页岩气在地质条件、开发政策等方面有诸多不同，未来的国际合作应重点分析国内外差异，重视关键技术研发。

GLOBAL COOPERATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHINA'S SHALE GAS

This paper, based on the situation of global shale gas development, discusses the necessity in global cooperation in shale gas development from capital, technology and management, and introduces China's governmental and enterprise's cooperation, and presents suggestions on optimizing the opening in shale gas exploration and development. Chinese enterprises have a developing cooperation with foreign ones with four modes including products sharing contract, joint venture, merge & acquisition and services undertaking, among which stock purchase prevails. As China's shale gas industry goes on, more and more enterprises enter this field, including not only three big state owned oil players, but also other private ones. A global cooperation between the USA and China, different in geology and development policies, shall focus on the variance and key technologies.
