| 摘 要： | 以铜矿资源的储量格局、产量控制格局及主要铜矿公司股权信息为基础，分析当前全球铜矿资源格局中市场主体的特点，当前国有全资的智利国家铜业是全球最大的铜矿资源控制企业，欧洲、拉丁美洲和北美是三大主要生产商来源地，铜矿企业兼并购、跨领域投资规模日渐增大。对未来铜矿资源发展形势加以预判，得出如下结论:铜矿资源格局短期内不可改变；大型铜矿企业并购加剧行业垄断；铜矿生产控制企业性质多元化，基金机构增多。从全球铜矿资源格局的分析及对未来铜矿行业发展预判结论，提出对我国铜矿行业发展的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper, based on copper reserve pattern, production control pattern and main copper producers stake information, analyzes the copper market features that the wholly-state-owned Chalco ranks top among copper producers, Europe, Latin and North America are three sources of copper. Merge and acquisition in cooper enterprises, trans field investments are prevailing. It is concluded that the global copper pattern can not be altered in a short term, cooper giants merge and acquisition will lead to monopolization, and diversified investment occur in cooper producers, and funds are increasing. This paper presents suggestions for China's copper mining. |
