| 摘 要： | 中部六省要实现快速崛起,必须加快高新技术产业化的步伐,带动经济的快速发展,缩短与发达地区的差距。高新技术产业发展的本质特征使传统融资模式不能适应其融资要求,风险投资这种新的融资模式应运而生。从风险投资对传统融资模式的创新入手,阐述了风险投资机制与传统融资模式的区别,并提出在中部发展风险投资这种新型融资模式存在的问题和对策。

| Abstract: | As a key area,the Central China should apply the high technology fast development strategy.The nature of the high-tech industry development can not make the traditional financing model meet its requirement,and therefore a venture capital financing model comes into being.This article compares the traditional financing model with the venture capital,and proposes the problems and countermeasures of the new model from innovation of financing models. |
