摘    要:用酰氯法在70℃下通过分批加料,反应12 h合成偏苯三酸酐酰氯(TMAC),研究了其反应机理,通过测定其氯含量证明产率达95%以上;并进一步在冰浴中合成出了4-甲基丙烯酸氧乙基偏苯三酸酐酯(4-META),通过对吡啶、溶剂用量及反应时间的考察,得出最佳反应条件n(偏苯三酸酐酰氯)∶n(甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯)∶n(吡啶)=1∶1∶1.05,测得其熔点是95℃,并用IR分析了物质结构表征。

Abstract:Trimellitic anhydride chloride was synthesized in batches at 70℃.The yield can get 95% through the determination of chloride content;4-methacryloxyethyl-trimellitic anhydride(4-META) as one coupling agent was synthesized in ice water on the foundation of preparation of trimellitic anhydride chloride.The influence of pyridine content,solvent content and reaction time on the reaction were also discussed.The optimum condition are as follows ∶n(trimellitic anhydride chloride) ∶ n(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) ∶ n(pyridine)=1 ∶ 1∶ 1.05,melting point is 95℃ and it's structure is characterized by IR.
