摘    要:中国目前正在建设两个打破世界纪录的特高压直流输电工程,一是±800kV5000MW云南—广东直流输电工程,二是±800kV6400MW向家坝—上海直流输电工程。KEMA作为独立监理参与了这两项工程。文章叙述了为这两项直流输电工程所做的±800kVUHVDC晶闸管换流阀和换流变压器设计审核和验证遇到的一些技术问题。从设计审核和验证中发现,UHVDC换流变压器由于其模块设计而比晶闸管换流阀更具挑战性。KEMA对晶闸管换流阀和换流变压器的试验方法提出了一系列建议。

Abstract:There are two UHVDC projects in China, the ±800 kV 5 000 MW Yunnan - Guangdong project and the± 800 kV 6 400 MW Xiangjiaba - Shanghai project, which are the record-breaking projects in the world and involved by KEMA as an independent consultant. This paper describes the issues encountered on the design review and test witness of ±800 kV UHVDC thyristor valves and converter transformers for the two projects. Findings from the design review and test witness is that the converter transformers are far more challenging for UHVDC than the thyristor valves because of their modular design. KEMA made a number of recommendations for thyristor valves type tests as well as for converter transformer tests.
