十三陵蓄能电厂上池进出水口闸门控制系统改造

摘    要:十三陵蓄能电厂上池进出水口闸门,自投产以来一直处于锁定状态,为了确保电厂水道和地下厂房的安全,使上池进水口闸门正式投入运行,对其控制系统进行了改造。改造后采用PLC逻辑控制代替了原有的手动机电控制装置的控制系统,系统控制灵活,可不间断地监视闸门的位置,不仅可以判断出闸门的卡滞、飞车和接触情况,还具备了下滑自提功能,从而大大提高了系统的可靠性、安全性,确保了上池及厂房的安全。上池闸门动作正确率达到了98%以上。

Abstract:The inlet/outlet gates of upper reservoir of Shisanling Pumped storage Power Plant have been locked since the operation of the Plant. In order to ensure the safety of water channel and underground powerhouse of the Plant and put the inlet/outlet gates into operation, the rehabilitation of their control system was made. After rehabilitation, the PLC replaces the original manual mechanical electric control system. PLC system is flexible in control and can constantly monitor the position of gate. It not only can judge the blockage, free wheel and contact conditions but also have self lift function so that it greatly enhances reliability and safety of the system and ensures the safety of upper reservoir and powerhouse. The correct rate of the gate's actions of upper reservoir is up to 98%.
