双(2,3-二溴丙基)反丁烯二酸酯对丙烯酸系树脂的阻燃化研究

摘    要:系统地研究了双(2,3-二溴丙基)反丁烯二酸酯(FR-2)及其与磷酸三甲苯酯(TCP)和三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)配合对丙烯酸系树脂的活性阻燃化研究。尉氧指数(LOI)、热失重(TGA)、微分热失重(DTG)等方法研究,结果表骧:FR-2对丙烯酸系树脂有一定的阻燃作用,但效果不短著。当FR-2与TCP或Sb203配用阻燃丙烯酸系树脂时,具有阻燃协同效应,阻燃效果很好。FR-2与TCP协效阻燃系统要优于FR-2与Sb2O3协效阻燃系统。

Abstract:In the paper,Bis(2,3-dibromopropyl) fumarate(FR-2) and the synergism of FR-2 with Tricresyl Phosphate (TCP) or Antimony Trioxide(Sb2O3) in the flame-retardance and its action mechanism of cured acrylic resin were studied by the measurement of limit oxygen index(LOI), thermogravimetry analysis(TGA) and differential thermogravimetry analysis(DTG). The results indicated that FR-2 had little effects on the flame retardancy of acrylic resin, FR-2 combined with TCP or Sb2O3 showed synergistic effect in flame-retarding acrylic resin and showed better flame retardancy.
