摘    要:莱钢采用计算机控制及蓄热式高效烘烤法回收转炉煤气,年煤气回收量增加了500万m^3;转炉污水通过斜板沉淀池絮凝沉淀,絮凝沉淀后的除尘水变为洁净水再循环利用,减少了新水用量;将筛选出的各种固体废弃物,因材制宜,或返炉冶炼,或制成有不同用途的耐火制品。

Abstract:Though auto controlling and high efficiency boasting in the type of heat accumulating, the reclaiming amount of converter gas increased 5 000 000 m^3 per year. The polluted water from converter caused flocculation deposit through leaning plate desiher and the polluted water became clear water, which can be recycled and utilized so that the amount of clear water can be deceased. All kinds of waste materials were screened and some can return to converter and be used to melt, some can be used to make fire-resistance thing with different use.
