| 摘 要： | 通过对电气设计细节的控制,可以实现住宅内电气的合理性布置,尽量减少装修时的修改,进而实现节能的目的。通过合理的电气设计和着眼于未来发展的设计思路,能实现现在投资与未来回报的平衡,在较长的一段时间段内将初期投资和后期维修费用综合考虑,实现最佳综合性价比。

| Abstract: | Through controlling the details of electrical design, designers can realize the rationality of electrical installation in residential decoration, minimum the modification when decorating, and achieve the goal of energy saving. Through reasonable electrical design and ideas of focus on the future, the balance of investment now and returns in the future could be achieved, comprehensive consideration the initial investments and subsequent repair cost in a long period of time, and get the best overall performance. |
