深井高压两层分注工艺的研究与应用

摘    要:针对井深大于3 000 m,注水压力大于25 MPa的分层注水问题,文章剖析了其存在的投捞调配水嘴困难、测试误差较大、封隔器密封性能差等问题,从两层分注入手,研制了一种新型分水工具,并以此工具设计了一种新的分注工艺管柱.通过现场应用证明,该工艺完全可以解决以上问题,具有良好的实用价值.

Abstract:The paper presents the several difficulties in operation of water nozzle changing, large error of measuring, and low leakage performance in the well below 3 000 m and injection pressure lager than 25 MPa. A new device is developed to solve this problem, a separate injection riser is developed as well. The practical testing proved its capability to solve these problems and its practical usage.
