| 摘 要： | 研究了一种用于共形阵天线系统的波束切换电路,它由功分器和射频开关部分组成,提供了控制接口,可与数字控制电路连接。最后在仿真设计的基础上,制作了一副电路,对其性能进行了测量,并与控制电路进行联调,结果表明该开关具有较好的电特性：超宽带（在目标频段至少4倍频,VSWR〈2）、端口传输特性（功分器加开关的插损总共约1dB）,可供实际使用。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a channel switching circuit used in confirm antenna system consisting of power-divider and RF switch.It can be connected to logical control circuit through control interface.On the basis of simulation,a circuit is manufactured,measured and tuned up with the control circuit.The result indicates that the circuit has good electric characteristics such as ultra wide band(4 octave,VSWR<2)and great port characteristic(total insert loss lower than 1 dB). |
