摘    要:对延迟焦化装置加热炉的工艺设计进行了说明 ,重点分析了单面辐射炉炉管结焦的原因以及在设计中针对炉管结焦原因所采取的一些措施。对新设计的双面辐射加热炉的特点进行了简要说明 ,并将单面辐射炉和双面辐射炉的工艺设计参数进行了比较 ,表明双面辐射加热炉是焦化加热炉发展的必然趋势

Abstract:The process design of furnace in delayed coking unit is mentioned.The coking reason of single side radiant furnace tube and some measures adopted in accordnce with the coking reason of furnace tube are analyzed emphatically.The features of new designed double side radiant furnace are illustrated.The process design parameters between single side radiant furnace and double side radiant furnace is an inexorable trend for developing the coking furnace
