硫酸亚铁还原浸取软锰矿工艺条件研究

摘    要:以低品位的软锰矿为原料,硫酸亚铁为还原剂,对还原浸取锰的工艺条件进行了研究。试验结果得到硫酸亚铁浸取锰的最佳工艺条件:硫酸亚铁和MnO2物质的量之比为2∶1,液固比4∶1,硫酸初始浓度10%,搅拌速度220 r/min,反应温度90℃,反应时间3 h。在该条件下锰的浸出率可达97.12%。

Abstract:The technological conditions of ferrous sulfate reductive leaching manganese from low grade pyrolusite were researched. The optimum technological conditions of leaching manganese ore: ferrous sulfate to manganese dioxide molar ratio is 2 ; 1, liquid-solid ratio is 4 to 1, initial acid concentration is 10 %, stirring speed is 220 r/min, leaching temperature is 90 ℃, leaching time is 3 h. According to the technological conditions of leaching manganese, the leaching rate of manganese reaches 97.12 %.
