摘    要:本文根据压力容器大开孔接管处应力测试数据及壳体材料中温静力性能试验结果,对设备在工作温度下的疲劳裂纹形成寿命及扩展寿命进行了估算,为大开孔压力容器的中温疲劳寿命估算提供了一种简便可靠的方法.

Abstract:In this paper, according to experimental results of strain gage measurements on a large opening in the vessel and static characteristics of the vessel material at medium temperature,its fatigue crack initiation life and propagation life at working temperature are evaluated.The results provide a convenient and reliable method for the low-cycle fatigue life prediction at medium temperature of pressure vessels with large openings.
