摘    要:对影响辊型在线检测精度的各种因素进行了详细的分析 ,建立了误差分离模型 ,并提出相应的误差补偿方法。将该模型应用于简易模拟工况试验和 1 :1模拟工况试验 ,得到了真实的被测辊型。从试验和分析结果看 ,在制定正确的测量策略和进行精确的数据处理的前提下 ,选用电涡流测距传感器进行辊型在线检测是可行的。

Abstract:All kinds of the factors influencing on the accuracy of roll profile on-line measuring are analyzed in detail. The mode of error separation was established, and the method of error compensation was put forward. The model is used in simple simulation work condition experiment and 1:1 simulation work condition experiment. The real tested roll profile is obtained. From the experimental results and the analyzed results, under the preconditions that the proper measuring strategy is planed and the data are accurately dealt, it is feasible that the electric eddy current range finder is chose to measure roll profile on line.
