高校学生食堂的设计与认识

近几年随着高校建设的蓬勃发展,学生食堂的扩建、新建现象也尤为突出,食堂面积越来越大,功能也越来越多元化,食堂已经不是简单的吃饭的地方而是融合了多种功能的综合建筑.笔者以本人所在的清华大学之学生食堂为出发点,结合自己调研走访的多个高校学生食堂的实例,经过归纳、分析和研究,提出目前高校食堂设计中值得思考的问题与建议,以及对未来发展趋势的认识.

Design and Ideas of Student Dining Hall in University

In the past years, with the rapid development of higher education, student dining halls have been universally enlarged and newly built. The area of a single building has become bigger and bigger and its function has been more and more extensive so that nowadays a dining hail is not only a place to eat but also a comprehensive building combined with many other roles, Based on student dining halls of Tsinghua University which she has lived in and combined with those of other colleges she has paid much investigation to, the author puts forward constructive issues and relative suggestions on university dining hall design and some ideas on its future development.
