卷材涂料用环氧磷酸酯附着力促进剂的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:研制了卷材涂料用环氧磷酸酯附着力促进剂,重点探讨了反应温度、反应时间以及磷酸添加量对环氧磷酸酯化反应的影响;并将其作为附着力促进剂直接添加在卷材底漆中,考察了添加量对卷材底漆及配套面漆体系的漆膜附着力、耐盐雾性能的影响。结果表明:当磷酸与环氧基的物质的量比为1∶1,环氧磷酸酯化在125℃反应2 h时所得产物的综合性能较优;当环氧磷酸酯在卷材底漆的添加量(质量分数)为1.5%~2%时,整个涂层体系的附着力和耐腐蚀性能达到最佳。

Abstract:Epoxy phosphate adhesion promoter for coil coatings was developed,focusing on the discussion of influence of reaction temperature and time and addition amount of phosphoric acid on the properties of esterification of epoxy and phosphoric acid.It could be used as an adhesion promoter added directly to the coil primers,and the effects of the addition amount on the properties of adhesion of the film and the salt spray resistance of the coil primers and the compatibility with topcoat system were also investigated.The experimental results showed that the performance of the product obtained by esterification of epoxy and phosphoric acid at 125℃ for 2 h was better when the molar ratio of phosphoric acid to epoxy group was 1∶1.The adhesion and corrosion resistance of the corresponding coatings system reached the best performance when the content(mass fraction)of epoxy phosphate in the coil primer was 1.5%-2%.
