| 摘 要： | 随着相关技术规范和防水材料标准的出台，我国屋面工程技术有了较大发展，具体表现在屋面设计系统化、屋面形式多样化、屋面构造合理化、防水材料标准化和保温层作法现代化等方面，从而使屋面工程质量有了较大幅度的提高，屋面渗漏率有了较大幅度的下降，我国屋面工程已进入一个崭新的发展阶段。

| Abstract: | As the issuing of relevant technique and water proofing material standard,roofing construction technique of China gains a considerable development.It is presented in many aspects such as systematization of design,variability of roof style,reasonability of roof structure,standardization of waterproofer and modernization of insulation construction,etc.Therefore,quality of roofing works has improved considerably and thus roof seepage rate lowed drastically.Roofing construction in China is stepping into a new development stage. |
