等离子切割机电源的DSP控制系统的研制

摘    要:针对传统逆变电源控制系统的抗干扰弱,性能不稳定,易老化,灵活性差等特点,提出基于TMS320LF2407A芯片的控制系统的研制,成功的实现了逆变等离子切割机电源的数字化,从而使得整个控制系统的稳定性得到了较大的提高,实现了电源的实时化。

Abstract:In the paper, traditional control system of inverter which has shortcomings of low anti-jamming, unstable, easy-old and low agile is mentioned. Control system is developed based on TMS320LF2407A, and digital of inverter used in plasma cutting has succeeded. Stability of control system has enhanced rapidly, and real time of inverter is conducted.
