功率二极管的启发式教学方法研究

摘    要:近年来“电力电子技术”在电气工程教学体系的系列课程中所起到的作用越来越凸显。如何在现有的教学体系条件下,尽可能发掘学生的主观能动性,不断激发学生思考问题的能力成为教师所面临的难题。该文以功率二极管器件部分的教学内容为例,阐述了如何将启发式教学应用于相关授课内容,并说明了具体实施方式,希望能够借助该教学案例为该课程其他教学内容采用启发式教学提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:Recently the role of "power electronics technology" in the series of courses of electrical engineering has become more and more prominent. How to explore students'' subjective initiative as much as possible under the existing teaching conditions, and how to continuously stimulate students'' ability to think about problems have become a difficult problem faced by teachers. This article takes the teaching content of the power diode as an example to explain how to apply heuristic teaching method to teaching process of related content, and show the specific implementation method. It is hoped that the teaching method can be used for other contents of this course.
