两段三产品旋流器应用于尾矿分级试验研究

根据实验室 FX250/200 型两段三产品水力旋流器的结构参数放大并制作了一台工业用两段连体三产品旋流器。工业试验通过优化新型两段连体三产品旋流器的一段溢流管直径、二段溢流管直径、一段底流锥开度、二段沉砂口直径、二段补水量获得了沉砂-200目含量13.85%，总溢流中-200 目含量 87.21%，沉砂产率 35.72%的理想筑坝粗砂。同时也优化了中线法筑坝工艺，降低了投资及生产成本。

Application of two - stage three - product cyclone in tailings classification experiment

According to the structural parameters of the laboratory MODEL FX250/200 two-stage three-product hydrocyclone, a two-stage jointed three-product hydrocyclone for industrial use was enlarged and fabricated. By optimizing the diameter of the first overflow pipe, the second overflow pipe, the opening of the first bottom flow cone, the diameter of the second sedimentation port and the water supply of the second sedimentation, the ideal coarse sand for dam construction with the content of -200 mesh 13.85%, the content of -200 mesh 87.21% and the yield of sediment 35.72% were obtained in the industrial test. At the same time, the middle line damming process is optimized to reduce the investment and production cost.
