摘    要:由于目前十分缺乏合理适用的高速切削数据 ,使建立高速切削数据库遇到了很大困难 ,也在一定程度上限制了高速切削技术的推广应用。利用基于实例推理技术 ,可为建立高速切削数据库提供一个可行且有效的方法 ,即将以前切削加工积累的切削数据和经验存储在数据库中 ,为新的工件加工问题提供参考解决方案。建立了简洁可行的用结构化数据表示的实例描述模型 ,分析了实例相似度的计算问题并介绍了实例检索的具体方法。

Abstract:It is difficulty to establish high-speed machining database system and the application and popularization of HSM technology is limited to some extent because of the shortage of plentiful appropriate high-speed cutting parameters.By applying case-based reasoning, the high-speed machining database system is developed, where cutting data and experience are stored for machining new part by HSM technology. The case-based reasoning has presented a kind of feasible and effective method for establishing high-speed machining database system in which cutting data and experience accumulated before are stored to provide reference solving scheme for machining new part by HSM technology. A simple and feasible case model described by structured data is proposed. The calculation of case similarity is discussed and the specific method of case retrieve is introduced.
