高速钢离子硫氮碳共渗复合氩轰击工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了高速钢离子硫氮碳共渗复合氩轰击处理工艺,对氩轰击温度、时间对共渗层的影响进行了仞步研究.结果表明,通过氩轰击,可使共渗层深度增加,硬度梯度变得平缓,能有效提高高速钢工具表面的耐学性能,是一个提高高速钢氮化质量的有效途径。

Abstract:A new technique of ion S-N-C co-diffusion with argon bombardment was presented for HSS . An investigation was made on temperature and time of bombarding which effects the diffusion layer. The results show that with the presence of argon bombardment, the thickness of the co-diffusion layer increases, the hardness gradient becomes smoother and the wear resistant of the HSS surface is improved. This technique is an effective way to raise the HSS produts' quality.
