摘    要:本文介绍了温度继电器自动测试系统的设计,此系统由温控箱、开关量检测电路、温度控制电路、接口电路及工控机等硬件组成.分析了信号测量、信号处理、温控箱的温度PID控制方法,介绍了动作温度、回复温度的测量结果,给出了系统的升温、降温过程的测试参数软件构成.最后讨论了本系统的误差来源.

Abstract:This paper described how to design an automatic measurement and control system which was used to test temperature relay. This system was composed of a temperature controlled tank, switch measurement circuit, temperature control circuit, interface circuit, an industrial manipulative computer, and so on. During the design course, single getting circuit, single process circuit and temperature PID control circuit were analyzed emphatically and the measurement result of the action temperature, resetting temperature were also introduced. It analyzed the parameter measurement during the design of the increasing course and decreasing course of the temperature. The system ended up with the analysis of the error source of the system.
