摘    要:在深入认识高密度分度头动态特性的基础上,采用基于状态子空间转移的智能控制策略,解决了车间环境下高精度分度头定位锁紧的快速、准确、稳定之间的矛盾。另外,在分度控制的基础上,解决了分度头高精度机械找零问题。

Abstract:With profound analysis on the dynamic performance of the high precision dividing head, based on state sub-space transition, this paper adopted intelligent control strategy to achieve high eficiency, high precision, high stability of the dividing positioning. Moreover, this paper also put forward and realized a scheme to solve the problem of high precision positioning of mechanical zero point, which was based on the process of dividing positioning.
