四气门柴油机的可变涡流进气系统的试验研究

摘    要:设计开发了四气门柴油机单独进气道及四气门柴油机试验缸盖,分析了四种组合气道方案下关闭一个进气道对四气门柴油机进气道性能的影响。从而探求四气门柴油机的可变进气涡流系统的实现方法,在低速时通过关闭一个气道,可以形成四气门柴油机的可变进气涡流系统,具体关闭哪个气道取决于气道的不同组合。

Abstract:An experimental cylinder head and a single port of four-valve engine were developed.The law of intake-port flow characteristics by the influence of single intake-port operation was explored in order to gain the variable swirl system in a four-valve diesel engine.At the low speed,by means of closing one port,variable swirl system in foru-valve engine can be formed.In fact,which port should be closed was dependent on the different combination of ports.
