摘    要:本文介绍了以腐蚀管流动态模拟试验系统、防腐蚀技术现场中试基地为基础的管流动态模拟及现场中试检测评价技术,应用该技术对H87、HT515和EP-67玻璃鳞片三种涂层内防腐技术进行了中试评价.该技术的研制及应用可最大限度地模拟现场工况,为油田筛选评价出经济适用的防腐蚀新技术、新工艺,同时也有利于适合的防腐蚀新技术尽快投入生产,对指导油田安全生产、降本增效有重要的意义.

Abstract:The pipe simulating based on corrosion pipe simulating apparatus, field pilot test of anticorrosion technology and field pilot test evaluation technology are introduced in this paper, the inner side anticorrosion technology with H87,HT515 and EP-67 glass flake using above technology are evaluated by field pilot test, the research and application of this technology can greatly simulate field conditions, and evaluate new, economical anticorrosion technology for oil field, it is also helpful to put new anticorrosion technology into practice. It is also beneficial to decrease the cost and increase the profits.
