摘    要:目前各工程的大坝数据采集系统是由不同厂家研制的,它们采用不同的通信协议和硬件系统,相互之间很难互操作,为此研究并设计了大坝通用远程数据采集服务,管理中心可以通过该服务实现对各大坝数据采集系统的远程控制.对如何处理大坝数据采集系统的硬件概念标准化、远程数据采集控制的安全性、通用数据采集控制消息的标准化等关键技术问题进行了研究.
