摘    要:在制定电池用磷酸铁行业标准的过程中,参照企业标准和部分方法标准,采用重铬酸钾容量法对电池用磷酸铁中铁含量进行测定。分别采用甲基橙作氧化还原预处理指示剂和三氯化钛作还原剂进行对比试验,实验结果表明,采用三氯化钛还原三价铁的方法比甲基橙方法具有更高的准确度和精密度。

Abstract:In the process of developing industry standard of iron phosphate for battery materials , according to the enterprise standard and related method standard , the potassium dichromate volumetric method was used for the determination of iron content.The contrast test was done using methyl orange as an indicator of redox pretreatment and titanium trichloride as a reductant , respectively.The experimental results showed that the method of using titanium trichloride for reduction of ferric iron had higher accuracy and precision than the methyl orange method.
