摘    要:日益严重的环境污染、自然资源无节制开发,不仅开始制约人类社会的发展,同时威胁人类的生存和繁衍,如何改变这种情况,成为当今人类亟待解决的问题。基于卫星遥感的国土空间监测的发展与应用可以帮助人类全面调查全球自然资源和生态环境,确保人类更合理的开发、分配、利用自然资源,使实现可持续发展成为可能。将根据国土空间相关理论发展历史,针对新时期国土空间监测的需要,重点梳理国内外相关理论研究,从地理信息的基础理论出发,总结地理信息的技术科学理论,地理信息科学应用的基础理论,形成国土空间监测理论体系、国土空间监测应用理论,并提出对未来国土空间监测的展望。

Abstract:Increasingly serious environmental pollution and waste of resources have begun to restrict the development of human society and threaten the survival of humankind. How to change this situation has become an urgent problem. The development and application of the monitoring of territorial space based on satellite remote sensing can help comprehensively investigate global natural resources and the natural environment, ensure that humans can effectively develop, allocate, and utilize natural resources so as to make sustainable development a possibility. According to the development history of related theories of land and space, this research will focus on domestic and foreign related theoretical research based on the needs of land and space monitoring in the new era. In addition, starting from the basic theories of geographic information, this research summarizes the technical and scientific theories of geographic information and the basic theories of geographic information science applications, thus forming a theoretical system of territorial space monitoring, application theory of land and space monitoring, and putting forward a prospect for future territorial space monitoring.
