摘    要:揭示“亲生物设计”对儿童青少年生理健康、心理健康及社会适应的全面影响,为健康促进学校提供一项环境 战略方案。通过对亲生物设计与健康效益的关系进行跨学科的文献寻证,对亲生物设计促进健康在中小学建筑中的发 展脉络进行系统回顾,指出亲生物设计从基于感性理念的实践探索发展到基于科学研究的设计深化、从针对生理健康 的直接自然模式发展到面向整体健康的整体趋势,中小学建筑设计应当立足整体健康观,以直接体验自然为基础策略, 以间接体验自然为扩展策略,以抽象体验自然为增强策略形成系统化的设计思想。

Abstract:The comprehensive impact of "biophilic design" on children and adolescents' physical health, mental health, and social adaptation is revealed, providing an environmental strategic plan for health promotion.The cross-disciplinary literature search on the relationship between biophilic design and health benefits has been conducted for evidence. This paper provides a systematic review of the health promotion concept through biophilic design reflected by the primary and secondary school buildings. Notably, the biophilic design evolved from the practical exploration based on the perceptual concept to an in-depth design based on scientific research. A direct natural model was also directed at the physical health to a general trend towards overall health. It is proposed that,concerning the architectural design of primary and secondary schools, a systematic design idea should be created with direct experience of nature as a basic strategy, the indirect experience of nature as an expansion strategy,and abstract experience as an enhancement strategy.
