船用柴油机可靠性研发技术优化研究

摘    要:针对船用柴油机可靠性与质量脱节、可靠性需求识别难及可靠性技术状态管理的问题,在研究柴油机可靠性与质量标准的基础上,提出了可靠性技术与典型质量工具的融合方法;构建了适用于船用柴油机的可靠性需求工程,并分析了可靠性需求的工程阶段和所需的可靠性分析项目;研究了可靠性与产品技术状态管理的关联,并提出了可靠性技术状态管理方法.结合船用柴油机研发现状,提出了可靠性研发技术优化建议.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of disconnection between reliability and quality, difficulty in identi-fying reliability requirements and reliability technology state management, a fusion method of reliability technology and typical quality tools is proposed based on the study of diesel engine reliability and quality standards. The reliability requirement engineering for marine diesel engine is constructed, and the reliability requirement engineering stage and required reliability analysis items are analyzed. The relationship between reliability and product technology state management is studied, and the reliability technology state management method is proposed. Combined with the research and development status of marine diesel engine, the optimization suggestions of reliability research and development technology are put forward.
