台湾社区营造视角下工业遗产的活化研究——以高雄桥仔头糖厂为例

揭示工业遗产的多重价值、介绍社区营造参与活化的方式及成果,为工业遗产活化思路提供借鉴。以台湾高雄桥仔头糖厂作为案例，分析其内在价值、空间再利用方式及地方组织参与营运模式，进而总结出一套具有普适性的活化策略：建构地方价值认同，灵活置换闲置空间，鼓励民间参与公共建设，并指出社区营造中建筑师的专业职责和桥梁作用，反思社区营造过程的局限性。社区营造介入工业遗产活化的根本前提是建立起地方认同。政府、 企业、民间及专家共同努力进行可持续的开发经营，将有助于推动工业遗产实体的保存与精神价值的传递。

Research on the Revitalization of Industrial Heritage From the Perspective of Taiwanese Community Development: A Case Study of the Kaohsiung Kio-A-Thau Sugar Refinery

This paper reveals the multiple values of industrial heritage, introduces the ways and results of community building participation activation, so as to provide reference for the ideas of industrial heritage activation. Based on a case study of the Kaohsiung Kio-A-Thau Sugar Refinery, this paper analyzes the intrinsic value, space-reuse mode, and operation of local organizations so as to summarize a set of universal activation strategies: building local value identity, flexibly replacing idle space, and encouraging people to participate in public construction. The paper points out the professional responsibility and bridging role of architects in community development and reflects on the limitations of the process of community development. The fundamental premise of community development in the activation of industrial heritage is to establish local identity. The joint efforts of the government, enterprises, NGOs, and experts in sustainable development and operation will contribute to the preservation of industrial heritages and the transmission of spiritual values.
