摘    要:可持续城市被认为是缓解城市问题的重要举措而被学者广泛关注。在当前城市问题日益复杂的背景下需要对可持续城市研究成果进行梳理,以把握最新研究趋势。基于“概念-评估-规划-管理”的规划学认知原则梳理国内外相关文献。厘清可持续城市概念及其最新发展演化的智能可持续城市概念,并分析两者的关系;在此基础上,梳理了对可持续城市的系统构成、量化模型与评估方法、空间规划设计与空间管理的最新认识;从系统整体研究方法、研究新技术、重视景观设计和可持续城市形态及不同利益主体协调机制等方面对未来可持续城市研究趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:Sustainable cities are considered an important measure to mitigate urban problems and have attracted wide attention from many scholars. In the context of increasingly complex urban issues, it is important to examine the current research into sustainable cities to grasp the latest research trends. This article reviews the domestic and foreign literature by following the planning general cognition principles of "concept-assessment-planning-management". It first clarifies the concept of a sustainable city and the concept of an intelligent sustainable city (the latest development and evolution of sustainable city) and then analyses the relationship between them. It then explores the latest understanding of sustainable cities system composition, the quantitative model and evaluation method of sustainable cities, and space planning, designing, and management. Finally, it provides prospects for future sustainable cities from the overall research method, new technology for research, landscape design and sustainable city form, and the coordination mechanisms for different stakeholders.
