考虑负荷时空特性的配电系统运行效率评价方法

针对当前运行效率评价过程对电压质量考虑不足的问题,提出了考虑负荷时空特性的配电系统运行效率评价方法。首先,在明晰配电系统运行效率定义的基础上,从设备利用角度出发构建了配电系统运行效率评价指标体系;其次,挖掘了供电质量、网络结构以及负荷时空特性等因素对配电设备合理负载率的影响机理;最后,在各影响因素分析的基础上提出了配电设备合理负载率计算方法。研究成果对配电系统运行现状进行评价,并为未来配电系统投资规划的重点方向提供参考依据。

Evaluation Method of Distribution System Operating Efficiency Considering Load Temporal and Spatial Characteristics

In view of the insufficient consideration of voltage quality in the current operation efficiency evaluation process,a method for evaluating the operation efficiency of distribution system considering the temporal and spatial characteristics of the load is proposed.First,on the basis of clarifying the definition of the operation efficiency of the distribution system,the evaluation index system for the operation efficiency of the distribution system is constructed from the perspective of equipment utilization;Secondly,the influence mechanism of factors such as power supply quality,network structure and load temporal and spatial characteristics on the reasonable load rate of power distribution equipment is explored;Finally,based on the analysis of various influencing factors,a reasonable load rate calculation method for power distribution equipment is proposed.The research results can evaluate the current status of the distribution system and provide a reference for the key directions of future distribution system investment planning.
