| 摘 要： | 运用可持续发展理论和系统工程思想，讨论了可持续发展的基本内涵，描述了湖北省区域可持续发展系统要素、系统组成及系统运行。讨论了湖北省区域可持续发展系统的评估指标。进而提出并建构了湖北省区域可持续发展动态调控系统。

| Abstract: | According to the theory of sustainable development and the thought of system engineering, the basic content and system thought on the regional sustainable development strategy are discussed about Hubei province, and the factor,constitution and operation on the regional sustainable development strategy system are described.At last the development control system of the regional sustainable development strategy is constituted. |
