摘    要:综述了纳米SnO2粉体材料制备技术的研究进展,具体介绍了溶胶一凝胶法、微乳液法、化学沉淀法、水热合成法和金属醇盐烃化法等以及各种方法的优缺点,同时阐明了制备纳米SnO2粉体的发展趋势.

Abstract:The techniques of preparing nano-sized SnO2 powders and their current advancements are reviewed in detail in the article. Specifically, the Sol-Gel method, micro-emulsion method, chemical deposition method, hydrothermal synthesis method and metal hydroalcohol salt method are discussed. And the advantages and disadvantages of the aforementioned methods are summarized. Finally, the development trends of nano-sized SnO2 preparation is presented.
