摘    要:建设工程安全评价的目的是实现建设项目系统安全,安全评价是风险评价.恰当选择、运用安全评价方法是达到安评目的的重要保证.定性评价是“估计”安全,定量评价是“计算”风险,取长补短.风险评价方法的正确选择、运用有赖于评价人员对评价方法的不断了解和实际评价经验的提高.通过周密论证,反复比较,可使评价方法的运用切实可行.

Abstract:As a risk assessment, safety assessment of construction engineering aims to realize the system safety of con- struction projects. To achieve this objective, it is an important guarantee to properly select and use safty assessment methods. Qualitative assessment assesses the safety, while quantitative assessment calculates the risks, both of which are mutual complementary. Correct selection and application of risk assessment methods depend on assessors' continuous understanding of assessment methods and their improvement of practical assessment experience. The application of assessment methods can be feasible through sufficient demonstrations and repeated comparisons.
