摘    要:通过成分线扫描、硬度测量、金相组织检验等方法,对鞍钢生产的40Cr冷镦钢盘条产生的锭型偏析缺陷成因进行了分析。线扫描结果显示,盘条Mn、Si、P、S、Cr元素分布均匀,C元素分布不均;盘条锭型区域硬度值最高,珠光体较多,C元素富集。试验结果表明,盘条C元素分布不均是导致锭型偏析的主要原因。

Abstract:By means of linear scanning for compositions, hardness measurement, metallograph-ic examination, the causes leading to the segregation of an ingot for wire rods of 40Cr cold forged steel produced by Ansteel are analyzed. The results by linear scanning show that the elements such as Mn, Si, P, S and Cr are in homogeneous distribution in wire rods, but the element of C is not. The hardness value of the ingot for steel wire rods is highest with more pearlite and enriched C. The experimental results show that the segregation in ingot for wire rods is mainly caused by the uneven distribution of C.
