摘    要:鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司1号高炉投产不到3年时间,铁口以下炉缸局部环炭温度快速上升,严重影响炉缸安全,因此采取了一系列措施,如新建1座软水站,使冷却水流量增加到4 600 m3/h、定期使用含钛球团护炉、高炉利用系数长期维持在1.9 t/(m3.d)以下,同时保证烧结矿质量稳定,且严格控制含锌高的杂料入炉,在干熄焦用量不足时,及时提高入炉焦比20~40 kg/t,从而保证高炉炉缸安全受控。

Abstract:No.1 BF in Bayuquan Iron & Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. was put into operation for less than 3 years only, however the trouble of partial temperature-rising quickly at carbon bricks in the hearth below the tap occurred, which influenced the safety of the hearth badly. For this we had to take a series of measures such as increasing the flow rate of cooling water to 4 600 m3/h by building a new soft water station, using the titanium-bearing pellets for protecting the blast furnace hearth lining regularly and keeping the capacity factor of the blast furnace to less than 1.9 t/(m3.d) as long as possible. Meanwhile the quality of sinter ore is also guaranteed, and the charging quantities of the high zinc-bearing unclassified materials must be limited narrowly. Once the quantity of CDQ is not enough, the coke ratio in BF must be increased by 20~40 kg/t in time so that the safety of the BF hearth in operation can be guaranteed.
