百年前上海浦东新华码头承载起货运码头的功能，百年后的今天随着城市发展这里将褪去货运功能，而向游艇母港新型城市功能迈进。什么样的滨水空间能够承载这样一种转变并能够更进一步成为区域发展的引擎＇本文认为它应该具备的首要因素是“活力”，一个具有活力的滨水城市空间是市民、政府和开发商共同的诉求，它能够为城市带来源源不断的动力。文章从满足未来母港功能的需求、整合建筑和景观，提升空间价值、防汛墙的景观化处理、文化建筑的传承与创新、港口城市氛围的营造这五个方面诠释了如何塑造一个具有活力的滨水城市空间。

Vitality Reconstruction -- Thinking of the Urban Design of Pudong Xinhua Harbor Area,Pu Dong District,Shangha

Pudong Harbor has been the important harbor along Huangpu River 100 years ago, today it will be the tourist marina, as Shanghai city developed. What kind factors needed for this place to confront this kind of change？ The thesis believes vitality is the most important factors, which thought can be realized through integrating landscape and architecture, improving space value,reusing the culture, creating marina environment.
